How to fill out waiver at Powder Ridge
1. Open link sent to you by coordinator.
2. Create an account or log into your account.
3. Then click view group products.
4. Select Group Waivers
5. Add party member to the product (person you are filling out the waiver for)
6. Click the drop-down excursion tab and add in your group. (This links the waiver to your group)
7. Add to cart and complete waiver.
8. Make sure you press ‘Read’ to fill out emergency contact and to sign your name
$30 to be returned as long as you participate in the event. Bus will pick up from the college around 4:15 pm and return around 8:00 pm. Pizza dinner will be provided in the Buttery following the event.
